Property and utility details: Physical home address, electric utility provider (e.g., ComEd), monthly electric bill amounts, homeownership status, and self-reported or verified credit tier.
System interaction logs: Chat transcripts, IP addresses, and digital appointment details.
3. Role of Communications Partner: Kova AI
We work with Kova AI to manage automated inbound and outbound consumer qualification, interactive scheduling, and customer support. Inquiries and phone interactions are processed in conjunction with Kova AI under strict data security and privacy protocols.
4. TCPA, AI Voice & Automated Messaging Disclosure
Sun Smart Solar LLC and Kova AI utilize conversational Artificial Intelligence (AI) voice systems, automated telephone dialing systems (ATDS), interactive voice response (IVR), synthetic speech technologies, and automated SMS/MMS messaging engines to confirm qualifications, provide appointment reminders, and verify savings. Calls and automated voice sessions may be recorded, transcribed, and monitored for regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
5. Opt-Out, Suppression, & Do Not Call (DNC) Registry
We maintain an active Internal Do Not Call (DNC) and Suppression Database:
SMS/MMS Opt-Out: Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message to instantly end mobile SMS messaging.
Voice Call Opt-Out: Verbally request placement on our Internal Do Not Call list at any time during an AI voice or live agent phone call.
Data Suppression Request: Submit a permanent data suppression request by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "DNC Suppression Request". Upon receipt, your contact information is placed in our suppression registry within thirty (30) days.

1. Agreement to Terms
By using this website, calling our program lines, scheduling an assessment, or interacting with our LeadConnector widget, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy with Sun Smart Solar LLC.
2. Data Center Energy Program Qualification Criteria
To qualify for enrollment in the Data Center Energy Program and to receive the associated clean energy equipment at $0 upfront cost, homeowners must meet all of the following requirements:
Homeownership: Must be the registered single-family residential property owner and occupant.
Utility Territory: Property must be located in Commonwealth Edison (ComEd) territory in Illinois, North of Interstate 80 (I-80), or have ComEd as the primary electric distribution provider.
Credit Qualification: Must achieve a minimum qualifying credit score of 680 at the time of formal application.
Electric Spend: Must demonstrate an average monthly electric utility spend of at least $150.00 USD.
Minimum Savings Threshold: Sun Smart Solar engineering analysis must demonstrate an estimated energy cost reduction of at least 20% compared to current utility rates.
Contract Execution: Must sign a valid Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Sun Smart Solar and permit all necessary utility interconnections.
3. Terms of the $2,000 Energy Relief Check / Bonus Payment
The $2,000 Energy Relief Check is an exclusive promotional incentive governed strictly by the following rules:
Sole Disbursing Entity: Funds are paid and offered exclusively by Sun Smart Solar LLC. Our marketing and technology partner, Kova AI, bears no liability, obligation, or sponsorship regarding promotional disbursements.
Disbursement Timing: Funds are disbursed approximately fifteen (15) days after the clean energy and smart battery system is fully installed, approved by local code enforcement, interconnected with the utility, and officially turned on (Permission to Operate / PTO).
Payment Methods: Relief payments are issued via Zelle, PayPal, or a prepaid Visa Gift Card at the registered homeowner’s selection.
Payee Restriction: Payments are issued strictly to the registered deeded homeowner named on the utility account and Sun Smart Solar contract.
By submitting your contact details, booking an appointment, or using our chat system, you provide your express written consent to Sun Smart Solar LLC and our marketing partner, Kova AI, to contact you regarding the Data Center Energy Program, solar PPA options, battery backup, and incentives via automated telephone dialing systems (ATDS), conversational AI voice callers, synthetic/prerecorded audio, SMS, MMS, and email. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
5. Messaging and Automated Messaging Policy
Frequency: Recurring message frequency varies depending on project design, site survey, and installation scheduling.
Carrier Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out Command: Reply STOP to any message to revoke SMS consent immediately.
